An open-label, randomized, multi-center study of the immunogenicity and safety of DTaP–IPV ( Kinrix ™) co-administered with MMR vaccine with or without varicella vaccine in healthy pre-school age children

Highlights ► This study evaluated co-administration of DTaP–IPV and MMR with varicella vaccine in 4–6 year olds. ► Varicella vaccine with DTaP–IPV and MMR did not impact immunogenicity of DTaP–IPV. ► Co-administration of varicella vaccine with DTaP–IPV and MMR was well tolerated. ► Results support co-administration of DTaP–IPV, MMR, and varicella vaccines in 4–6-year-olds.
