Zusammenfassung: | In this article, we report on a high-performance graphene carbon dioxide (CO
2) gas sensor fabricated by mechanical cleavage. Unlike other solid-state gas sensors, the graphene sensor can be operated under ambient conditions and at room temperature. Changes in the device conductance are measured for various concentrations of CO
2 gas adsorbed on the surface of graphene. The conductance of the graphene gas sensor increases linearly when the concentration of CO
2 gas is increased from 10 to 100
ppm. The advantages of this sensor are high sensitivity, fast response time, short recovery time, and low power consumption. |
