Reductive Dechlorination of Aroclor 1254 by Marine Sediment Cultures
A study examined reductive dechlorination of PCBs by methanogenic and sulfate-amended lab cultures enriched from marine sediments in sea-salts media. Meta-and para-dechlorination of PCB congeners were found in the sediment cultures.
