Use of Cyanocobalamin To Enhance Anaerobic Biodegradation of Chloroform
A study showed that low amounts of vitamin B12 increase the rate of chloroform biotransformation approximately tenfold and the extent of chloroform oxidation to carbon dioxide, virtually eliminating accumulation of dichloromethane.
