Assay of Polychlorinated Biphenyl Bioaccumulation from Sediments by Marine Benthic Copepods Using a Novel Microextraction Technique

A novel microextraction technique was used to measure the bioaccumulation of PCBs from sediments by two benthic marine copepods, Amphiascus tenuiremis and Microarthridion littorale. The technique allows for the quantification of PCBs in very small sample masses.
