Zusammenfassung:	The possibility of obtaining soft porcelain from ceramic pastes based on unenriched kaolin from the Donetsk deposit is examined. The physical – mechanical properties and whiteness of the samples obtained are determined. The dependence of the coefficient of reflection of individual phases of porcelain on the Fe 2 O 3 content is investigated.
