Zusammenfassung:The energy efficiency of anaerobic fermentation of cattle wastes is analyzed in this paper. The paper also describes an experimental bench developed at the Moscow State University of Engineering Ecology; data derived from the bench confirm the feasibility of the fermentation of organic wastes and the possibility of improving the energy efficiency of anaerobic fermentation of cattle wastes by lowering the moisture content of the initial substrate.
