Zusammenfassung:The Faraday method is used to measure the temperature dependence of magnetic susceptibility χ(T) of pyrite and arsenopyrite in the temperature interval 20-800°C and the magnetic susceptibility of chalcopyrite in the temperature interval 500-900°C. The complicated character of dependence χ(T) is interpreted. The paramagnetic characteristic of the samples is determined via the least-squares processing. It is demonstrated that dependence χ^sup -1^(T) of the samples in the paramagnetic phase obeys the Curie-Weiss law and that the magnetic properties of iron weaken in the presence of nonmagnetic elements (S, As, and Cu).[PUBLICATION ABSTRACT]
