Assessing the Corruption Prevention Measures and the Bribery Criminalisations in the Finnish Anti-Corruption Framework

Peurala analyzes the influence of international and EU anti-corruption obligations on national measures aimed at regulating bribery in Finland. He also examines the existing bribery criminalizations and the corruption/bribery prevention measures in Finland. Moreover, he aims to foster debates about how the international and EU anti-corruption instruments have influenced the Finnish CC and how effective the monitoring mechanisms by these international and regional actors have been in identifying the inadequacies in the Finnish CC and achieving change.
