Model of a Mass Medical Service System for Emergency Recovery Based on Mobile Telemedical Complexes

Mobile telemedical complexes (MTC) play an important role in providing medical services in emergency situations in remote regions. The goal of this work was to develop a model of a mass medical service system for emergency medical treatment based on mobile telemedical complexes.
