Discusses the methodology and results of study that carried out tiller sampling in the Waikato and Taranaki over the last four years, which shows Argentine stem weevil (Listronotus bonariensis) still causes significant damage to susceptible ryegrass pastures on occasions despite the introduction of the parasitoid Microctonus hyperodae Loan (Hymenoptera: Braconidae) in 1991.
