Zusammenfassung:The research aims to discuss some expressions of social dialog and consultation in Venezuela. This objective is approached through the strategy of descriptive-documentary research, based on the analytical method. The sources for collecting information came from four areas: constitutional, legal, doctrinal and journalistic. Trade unionism in Venezuela has been characterized by corporativist features which have had an impact on its capacity for independence at the moment of implementing social labour dialog alongside the State and employer's sector. The study suggests recovering the double recognition of trade union organizations: by the workers, the State and the employers' sector. Adapted from the source document.
