Zusammenfassung:Foldable and thermally stable piezoelectric nanogenerators based on cellulose paper are demonstrated. Piezoelectric ZnO nanorods were produced on cellulose paper substrates. The paper nanogenerators are shown to be electrically stable under external mechanical loads. Furthermore, they have superior charge scavenging performance even under thermally harsh conditions.
