Zusammenfassung: | Dynamic surface tension (DST) methodology was successfully applied to the measurements of the animal blood plasma and serum. The DST values and their correlations with the most important biochemical parameters of horse blood were obtained for the first time. A numerous strong correlations were found in the case of mares (female), whereas only middle or weak – for stallions (male). The influence of horse ages on the DST values and biochemical parameters of their blood was found. An importance of DST application as express-method for animal blood diagnostics was proved. |
