Zusammenfassung:Abstract Migration of total hip arthroplasty components is generally associated with a medial acetabular wall defect and may cause various intrapelvic complications. This is often a result of the destructive bone loss that takes place with infection. To our knowledge, this is the first report that presents complete intrapelvic migration of a femoral stem of total hip arthroplasty due to septic loosening with an intact medial acetabular wall.
