Yet, during one code on a patient with ventricular fibrilation, he failed to recall the second line therapies of the ACLS algorithm. Luckily, a gray-haired cardiologist's advice saved his day. According to him, the cardiologist offered two suggestions that have always stuck with him: Remember that in-house ventricular fibrillation arrest has a better prognosis, and be careful of my spoken words, as you never know who might be listening.
