Zusammenfassung:Two species in the new genus Watlingia are described from the Chatham Rise, east of New Zealand, from depths of 350-530 m. The subadult female and male are described and figured for W. cassis, and the subadult female is described and figured for W. chathamensis. The new genus is characterized by the maxillule palp with a single seta, well-developed accessory flagellum of the antennule, and biarticulate uropod endopod.
