Zusammenfassung:The radiocarpal fracture-dislocations are uncommon injuries, occurring at a high-energy trauma explains the frequency of associated lesions in patients with multiple trauma often. The frequency of skin involvement very varies, but is rare (few cases reported in the literature). A combination of median nerve and worsens the functional prognosis of the hand. The authors report the case of a radiocarpal fracture-dislocation of the right wrist, which was complicated by anterior cutaneous opening in a young footballer after a sports accident.
