Zusammenfassung:We theoretically study the spin-dependent electron transport in a two-dimensional electron gas modulated by ferromagnetic and Schottky metal stripes. The numerical results show that the large spin polarization can be achieved in such a device, and it is obviously dependent on the width of the Schottky metal stripe and the electric-barrier height as well as the energy of the incident electron. They also show that the temperature plays an important role on the conductance and the conductance polarization.
