The Study on the Arrangement and Enrolling of High Level Athletic Teams in Chinese Universities

After a long time investigation of arrangement and enrolling of high level athletic teams in Chinese universities through documentation, interviewing experts and questionnaire investigation. It shows that only a few universities own a high-level athletic team which has small scale and simple layout. Most universities can not recruit enough high level athletes to form a good team for them. As a result the performance of the sports teams will never reach a higher level. Through the dissuasion wed like to give some reasonable advices on recruiting policy and relevant systems.
