Secondary testing of digital substations based on IEC61850-9-2

To solve the problem that there are no unified standard, scope and method in the present digital substation secondary equipment maintenance, this paper studies the impact of using ECT/EVT on the relay protection device, when the process layer uses digital sampling and the sample values transmitting uses network. Combined with the dynamic simulation test result for 110 kV Tianle digital substation in China Academy of Dynamic Simulation Laboratory, this paper designs a new test and brings forward the scope, method and standard of the digital substation secondary equipment maintenance based on IEC61850-9-2.
