Zusammenfassung:	A rapid positive screening system for identifying recombinant baculovirus with an expanded host range was developed by using an actin promoter-dependent fluorescent protein gene expression cassette. The expression of recombinant protein regulated by the polyhedrin promoter was not affected by the insertion of the cassette in the baculovirus genome.
