Zusammenfassung: | In this study we used various information resources produced by ISI-the Web of Science (WOS) to highlight quantitatively the growth and development of world literature on shrimps in terms of publication output as per Science Citation Index (1995-2009) classified by different countries. We found that the quantity of Chinese publications has increased at a quicker pace than the worldwide trend. Author trend is towards multi-authored papers. Over the years, there has been an increase in authors collaboration. The productive authors, their contribution and author position are listed to indicate their productivity and degree of involvement in their research publications. There were as many as 106 countries carrying out research in the field of shrimps and 586 international collaborative papers. Bilateral collaboration accounted for 80.55 percent of total collaborative papers. We used rader map which based on the data of domestic and International collaboration papers to showe the number of single-country's articles. |
