The present article attempts to draw attention to the connection between the idea of the European Commission to make 2008 the year of the intercultural dialogue & empiric studies of being abroad. It will be one of the most important purposes in the future to develop the studies in intercultural communications with the premise of consulting, coaching & mediation for foreign assignments or deployment abroad. In these fields there is no doubt that there is a need for focusing new research on the public & private life of employees abroad or on that what is called working migration.
