Zusammenfassung: | This article presents a case study report based on the analysis of a virtual education experience in the Oral & Written Communication course at Universidad Autonoma de Occidente (Cali, Colombia), administered in the platform WebCT. The aim was to establish a relationship between the interactions built throughout the course & the course design. Data were gathered by means of a qualitative & quantitative record of student interactions along the course implementation. The findings suggest that because of its interactive nature, a successful ICT-based course calls for critical revision of course design & implementation. Figures, Appendixes, References.
