Zusammenfassung:From the notion of translation, we wonder about the meaning of significance & about the meaning of understanding. We give a temporary definition of these two notions in order to obtain later justification & accuracy. The next analysis leads us to put forward the necessity to have an inside glossary for each speaker of a language (at least partly common in a cultural area) to obtain real communication & to have understanding of speech. Then we show that for the success of the act of language (ie, mutual understanding), there must have internal search functions & operators, interacting with the glossary, that we name "ostensors."
