Zusammenfassung:	Abstract We report a case of a 7-year-old child who presented with a painless mass on his penis. He underwent removal of the mass, which was found to be an angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia. Angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia is an extremely rare tumor, especially in children's penis. In this situation, treatment of this tumor should be considered carefully, and there is a chance of spontaneous regression after volume reduction surgery.
