Visual poetry. An international anthology

A representative sampling of visual poetry from seven countries (Brazil, Cuba, Italy, Mexico, Portugal, Uruguay, & the US) is presented in this anthology in the hope that it lays the foundation for a comparatist, critical methodology & theory of visual poetry. A brief introduction of visual poetry is detailed, followed by representative samples from the seven countries. Each sample is presented & contextualized by the country curators. Notes on the poets & further resources produced in each country are included at the end of each presentation. D. M. Smith
