Zusammenfassung: | An interactive multimedia program was developed to promote reflective teaching among preservice teachers specializing in the teaching of French as a second language (FSL). In the program, the content is delivered by means of scenarios filmed in an FSL teaching & learning context & stored in a CD-ROM format. Each scenario demonstrates a problem to solve & encourages the user to reflect on it. Here, the results of a formative evaluation of the conception & use of interactive multimedia are reported. The formative evaluation offers several suggestions for research questions focused on the development & use of multimedia technology in FSL teacher training. 2 Appendixes, 30 References.
