Zusammenfassung:The preoperative diagnosis of choledochal cyst is based on the awareness of the signs and symptoms associated with it. Radiographic studies of the gastrointestinal tract as well as oral and intravenous cholangiograms may be essential in making the preoperative diagnosis. The treatment of choice is either a choledocho-cystoduodenostomy or a jejunal Roux-en-Y anastomosis.
