Zusammenfassung:Cerebral sarcoidosis is reported in a woman of 32 years. The patient had suffered diabetes insipidus for more than 2 years, and shortly before death developed signs of meningo-encephalitis. Autopsy showed involvement of the meninges, brain and pituitary gland with sarcoidosis. Sarcoidosis of the central nervous system should be considered in a patient presenting with diabetes insipidus or obscure neurological signs.
