Lactic dehydrogenase isozymes in the grasshopper

1. 1. A doublet lactic dehydrogenase isozyme region was revealed after polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis of sonicated grasshopper testes. 2. 2. These isozymes were only present in small amounts in accessory tissue and were essentially absent in muscle tissue.
