Zusammenfassung:Two patients with primary tumors of bladder of mixed histologic composition (adenocarcinoma and transitional cell) are reported. Both patients were women and were treated with total cystectomy and urinary diversion. Histologic study of the specimens demonstrated cystitis cystica and cystitis glandularis. The authors believe that both of these cases represent examples of mixed differentiation of primary tumors of bladder rather than separate malignancies.
