Zusammenfassung:Aminoacyl-tRNAs prepared with tRNA from two developmental stages of the brine shrimp, Artemia salina, were fractionated by reversed-phase column chromatography. Between the encysted gastrula stage and the nauplius larva stage, quantitative changes occur in the isoaccepting tRNAs for nine amino acids. The tRNAs for nine others remained unchanged. No qualitative difference was found between the tRNAs of these two stages.
