Zusammenfassung: | High-titer antisera against six trains of
Trichomonas foetus were produced in rabbits and each was compared by agglutination reactions with its homologous organism and with the five heterologous organisms. There were similarities, but all six strains showed some general differences in their antigenic makeup. These differences were indicated either by the quality of antiserum produced or their agglutination characteristics with heterologous antiserum, or both. |
