Relationship between Vitamin E and Certain Enzymes dependent on the Sulphydryl Group

VITAMIN E was discovered in the 1920s and its physiological role has still to be demonstrated 1 . Much of the interest in this vitamin has centered around its casual relationship in the events leading to a vitamin E deficient myopathy in several animal species 2–4 .
