A rapid and simple method for separation and quantitation of ribonucleosides

A simple and rapid method for the quantitative determination of ribonucleosides is described. It is based on gel filtration on polyacrylamide gels at high pH (10.6). The method is particularly useful in the quantitative analysis of ribonucleic acid end groups.
