Zusammenfassung:Effects of various polypeptides on uteroplacental blood flow were studied in rabbits by angiography. Arterial pressure, central venous pressure, contrast-medium injections and film exposures were recorded on a direct-writing polygraph. Angiotensin and vasopressin in small doses and oxytocin in large doses caused a pressor response. No effect on central venous pressure was seen with any of the drugs tested. Uteroplacental blood flow was reduced by angiotensin. oxytocin and vasopressin due to increased vascular resistance.
