The distribution of 3H-digoxin in normal and acutely hyperkalaemic dogs

The distribution of tritiated digoxin in canine tissues in normal and acutely hyperkalaemic states is described. The reasons for the reduced myocardial uptake of the glycoside in the presence of hyperkalaemia are discussed.
