Zusammenfassung:Two new glycopeptide fractions containing considerable amounts of hexose and hexosamine have been isolated from pooled male urine using cation-exchange chromatography, gel filtration, and block electrophoresis. Hydroxyproline and hexuronic acid were shown by electrophoresis not to be integral components of the carbohydrate-rich glycopeptide fractions obtained using these methods of isolation.
