Method of observation of glottal-source wave using digital inverse filtering in time domain

An attempt to observe the glottal-source wave by the digitalized inverse filter in the time domain is described. An observation system having an inverse characteristic of the vowel transfer function is realized in the form of the sampled data equivalence. It is found that the observed waveforms are good representatives of the voiced source signal in the analysis-synthesis experiment in speech study.
