Zusammenfassung:	A combination of X-rays and neodymium laser energy was used to irradiate the S-91 melanoma in CDF1 mice. The number of tumors destroyed without further recurrence was compared to those obtained by either mode alone. The combination therapy was shown to be significantly more effective than either X-rays or laser radiation, at the same level of toxic effects.
