Zusammenfassung: | A method is described which allows ad libitum temperature adjustment during the course of a nonisothermal kinetic study. The data obtained are compared to theoretical degradation patterns to obtain from a single experiment activation energy, reaction rates, and stability predictions at any desired temperature. The inversion of sucrose and the hydrolysis of ethyl acetate are studied to demonstrate the validity of the theory and the advantages of the method. |
