Zusammenfassung: | Lactic acid dehydrogenase activity has been investigated histochemically using tetrazolium staining. The importance of the inclusion of phenazine methosulphate is emphasized, and possible explanations for discrepancies in previous reports are suggested. In the presence of phenazine methosulphate, precipitation induced by lactic acid dehydrogenase is most concentrated in the inner layers of the retina. |
