Separation of lactic acid and some krebs cycle acids by thin-layer chromatography

Lactic acid and several acids of the tricarboxylic acid cycle can be readily separated by either single or two-dimensional thin-layer chromatography on cellulose layers and can be visualized by means of an anilineribose spray which preserves the spots permanently.
