Zusammenfassung: | Concern over personnel shortages in clinical psychology has centered around the efficacy of treatment approaches. Suggested solutions have included the use of psychology assistants and the use of forms of therapy with more rapid and efficient results. Concern over adaptive approaches to therapy has been central for the military. The use of psychodrama in a military hospital psychiatry and neurology service is described. This approach appears to be valuable when behavior modification is an important goal and allows psychology assistants to replace more highly trained therapists. |
