Constrictive pericarditis associated with hemangioma of the pericardium

This represents the second case of multiple hemangiomas involving the pericardium reported in the literature. The association of intrapericardial hemorrhage with pericardial constriction has been reviewed. Further investigative work seems to be necessary to clarify their relationship.
