Macroglossia in myelomatosis

Three patients with macroglossia are described. Two had confirmed myelomatosis with secondary amyloid or paramyloid. The special pattern of this disorder is emphasised and the need to investigate every patient with macroglossia according to this pattern is also emphasised.
