Measurement of urea concentrations in nanoliter specimens of renal tubular fluid and capillary blood

A method is described for the measurement of urea concentrations in nanoliter volumes of renal tubular fluid and capillary blood collected by micropuncture from the papilla of the gold hamster, and is based on a modification of the diacetyl monoxime method.
