Myoinositol Kinase: Partial Purification and Identification of Product

Myoinositol kinase found in plant, animal, and microbial extracts has been partially purified by density-gradient centrifugation. The product of the enzymic reaction has been tentatively identified by paper chromatography as myoinositol-1-phosphate.
